Delightful Thursday | New October Release
The new release is getting us ready for the holidays and winter. I am working with the precious Caroling Ginger today. I colored him with my Prismacolor pencils and added some bling and die cut snowflakes to the layout. I used the Dashing Colors Digital Paper Pack! LOVE it. He's perfect for holiday greetings. Delightful Thursday | Birthday Party!
The new release is packed with fairies and celebration themed images! They are awesome! I am working with my favorite little bird Bobby! Party Bobby is so sweet with his little flowers! The new Happy Daze papers are BEAUTIFUL! I used the one digital paper, layered my sentiment over the top from the Cheers Sentiment Set and printed it. Delightful Thursday
GOOD Morning! Today's card from Digital Delights I created this fun gate-fold scene with precolored images from Digital Delights. I love Ready for Battle Sparky and Cowardly George! They are so cute. I brushed on sparkly perfect pearl mists on the armor and castle. On the castle background and the gates I brushed on watered down dylusions mists to create a wash for the sky and grass. I scored a thin strip on the side to fold neatly and adhered it to the edges of my card so that each side opens. Little notes can be written on the reverse side of Sparky and George! The whole scene was matted on some blue and then onto a heavy base card square. I hope you enjoy my project!

Delightful Thursday!
GOOD Morning! Today's card from Digital Delights features a beautiful pre-colored image! I love the pre-colored images for quick and easy cards and for when I'm making a stack of them [like thank yous, or invites]. To add a bit of sparkle to this card I used a thin glue and some glitter applied to the hat brim, skirt and shoes. I folded a ruffle for the side of my focal piece and foam mounted it on the the back ground! I love that this holiday paper matched the colors of Watermelon Samantha perfectly! As there are no holiday themed images on it, it was safe to use with this summery card! Remember to look at ALL of your paper before settling on a complimentary papers. You might be surprised to find a jewel in the last place you look!

Delightful Thursday | Spotlight Card
Today I'm created a Spotlight Card with the precious Ferris Wheel Fun digital stamp from Digital Delights by Louby Lou! This stamp has SO many possibilities for dimension...One of my favorite tricks is to do a spotlight card...you highlight a spot on the card with color and leave the remaining card blank--this looks striking in Kraft as well but I'm trying not to over Kraft you! You can do your pop of color any shape you want...I like to use a square or a circle. Today I chose a 1" square from the image--the piggy is my favorite--and colored him. I matted him on a small piece of Payne's grey card stock and then popped him in the Ferris wheel where he belonged with a piece of foam tape! Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my card.

Delightful Thursday | CAS card
Today I'm created a CAS card--Clean And Simple. I love this little Carousel Horse image and colored her with Prismacolor pencils on Kraft! Today I tried a little different look by outlining my image with white...it gives it a little pop that I think I might like for some looks. I matted my card with Authentique papers and left it simple.It will make a great all-occasions or note card for that someone special in my life! Thank you for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my card.
