It's time for a new challenge with Digital Delights by Louby Loo! This week at Delightful Challenges our challenge is Color My World to go with the Crafter's Companion's FABULOUS prize--SPECTRUM NOIR SETS!!! I decided to work again with one of my favorite sets, Delightful OZ and colored the background stamp and the Dotty stamp to layer on top of the fun cloud paper in the rainbow digital paper pack.
