Weekly Challenge | Make a Wish

It's time for a new release and a new challenge with Digital Delights by Louby Loo! This week at Delightful Challenges our challenge is Make a Wish : add stars or candles. Felicia Fairy is perfect for a "Make a Wish" card. I love the sentiment Believe in the Magic--the magic of a wish.
