It's time for a new release and a new challenge with Digital Delights by Louby Loo! This week at Delightful Challenges our challenge is  Raise the Banner--add a flag or banner! The Bunting set at Digital Delights is a fun banner background that can be added to cards of all types! I have added it to a birthday card with the Pressie Josh Stamp--one of my favorite images!
