Welcome to World Card Making Day!!! Operation Write Home is celebrating with one of their super Blog Hops and I am honored to be a part of it!! OWH sends blank cards to US servicemen and women that they can use to send back to their loved ones. This is important to me as I have friends and family members who serve in the military. Having a service like this has directly impacted them and I know they do appreciate our time making these cards.
Today I am creating two super quick and easy cards using Crafty Ribbons Ribbons. For information on how to win a BUNCH of beautiful ribbon from Crafty Ribbons, click here.

Great ribbon! I often avoid printed ribbon because I find I struggle to coordinate it with the rest of my card but I never considered that it could be used on it's own with solid papers instead of an image.
ReplyDeleteVery cute cards! Really like the sentiment on the first one.
ReplyDeleteI like the presents on the second card!! Very cute!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards and a beautiful idea for a gift.

Both cards are darling and I LOVE the idea of using the ribbons as part of the focal image not just for ribbon.
ReplyDeleteVery cute cards!! I especially like the 2nd one!
ReplyDeleteI really like the colors on your second card - red and green but different shades - I like that for Christmas - something a little different! I have added your blog to my google reader! jamiesuemacri at yahoo dot com
