You choose a "bingo" to create your card...either 3 down, 3 across or 3 diagonally. 
For example : use Buttons, Dimension [ie foam tape or popup] and Pattern Paper. 
OR Buttons, tags, and stitching OR Buttons, Ribbon/lace and flowers.
